i arrived home on monday (the 17th), a little late to go to sydney, but it’s okay. i had lots of fun being overseas for the first time, but i am glad to be home. thank you tabris and elise for letting me crash there for a few weeks! had loads of fun. say hi to keiraffe and yuncub for me, please!
i spent the last few days catching up with my friends at home until emma came back on wednesday. i helped her with a puzzle she got for christmas! doesn’t it look cool?
i am going to spend christmas at home, and then head to new jersey sometime in january i’m hoping. it feels really strange to be put back in the australian heat. i was enjoying the nice, cool american weather!
well then, i will be posting a bit over christmas, i hope, so look out for that! i’ll see you guys soon~
i went to work with tabris the other day. i got to muck around on the computer while she was busy doing other things. i would have updated my blog, but it takes too long to walk from one key to the other.
a little while later, we packed a box full of stuff to send to california. i wanted to go, but i wasn’t allowed. i was pulled back before it was sealed. it would have been a pretty cushy ride, though. look at all that foam and space to walk around! comfy!
seeing as i couldn’t go, i had to find something else to do. turns out there’s a computer that needs fixing! good thing i’m small and can fit inside.
so… after a long day, we finally got home! i timed how long i could balance on her head! not too long because we both got bored. about as long as it took to take the picture.
in a few days i’ll be heading home. it’s been great! hopefully there will be some more photos from my trip to the u.s., but if not, there will be some of me in sydney in a few weeks time!

we went to kinokuniya tonight (27th).
had a good look around, saw some things i liked, but i forgot my money bag at emily’s house. not good! i got to preview some music though. it was issa’s (da pump) new solo song: chosen soldier. i think he may have a new fan… a penguin fan.
can you see me? i always say that because i’m so little and you mightn’t be able to spot me. i’m there on top of the tv wearing headphones.
oh! and i want to thank tabris for giving me a bath ~ nice and clean now!

i went to work with elise on november 19 and made lots of new friends. it’s a book store called ‘barnes & noble’. very friendly people!

before that she took me on a bit of a ‘tourist walk’ through the park. very nice there! i can smell the difference in the air. america smells different to australia.
i was lucky enough to be there for tabris’ birthday! i only wish i could have done something for her.

arrived in seattle today to what everyone says is typical seattle weather (damp and drizzly). but it’s nice after being in that post bag in australia.
i’ve already made friends with keiraffe and yuncub, and we’ve taken over tabs’ bed and nightstand. keiraffe keeps looking at me kind of funny though… i hope he doesn’t decide i’m food…

heading off to seattle (usa) today to visit tabris and elise!
this will be the furthest i’ve ever travelled. i’m a little frightened~ staying in the parcel for at least a week and then being in a city that is much, much bigger than sydney is terrifying for someone the size of me, but i’ll be strong!!

hello everybody! i am back home now, safe and sound. my first trip (to melbourne) was a success.
i brought back a hat as a souvenir.
the trip home was quite ok. emily bought me a little box to travel home in. emma sent me in an uncomfortable post bag. so thank you, emily!
say “hi” to pooh for me and tell him i’ll be back to visit again in a while!
